**. Fees are payable at the beginning of each counselling session or in advance.

60min Sessions are $120 and 90min Sessions are $180 E-transfers, Cash and Paypal are accepted. You will be provided with a receipt that includes my designation and registration number with ACCT. This can be kept for your records for income tax purposes.

The session hour includes 5-10 minutes reserved at the end of the session for the completion of administrative tasks. Currently sessions are available through video conference on Zoom or In-Person on Pender Island.

Registered Therapeutic Counsellors (RTC) are covered by some extended health plans. I can provide you with an invoice for your insurance provider. Please contact your extended health care provider before starting sessions to see if your plan provides coverage.

Kindly give at least 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule appointments. Full session fees will be charged for missed appointments and late cancellations.
